We are strictly adhering to CDC guidelines as well as recommendations from local and state government authorities. 

We recommend that you wear face coverings on our shuttles to limit your exposure. 

WHAT WE ARE DOING FOR YOU

- We are disinfecting our shuttles with a bleach mixture (recommended by the CDC) after every customer.
- We are running our shuttles at half-capacity in order to keep in line with social distancing practices.
- We are sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and we are minimizing in-person contact.
- We have retrofitted our cashier hut with plexiglass to minimize your contact with our staff.
- We, as a staff, are electing to wear appropriate PPE to minimize any possible unnecessary contact.
- We are checking our staff for symptoms and a fever before every shift. 
- We are providing hand sanitizer throughout our property for our customers.
- We are offering you an option to get into the river directly from our property as to avoid the congested parts of the river and minimize your time on the shuttle. 

What You Can Do For US

- We ask that you would print, fill out, and bring the necessary waivers for everyone in your group (click here to access them).
- We ask that you assign one person from your group to come to the cashier hut and complete the necessary process, while everyone else waits in the car.
- We ask that you consider cash-less/contact-less forms of transaction to minimize both your and our staffs' contact.
- We ask that you adhere to social distancing policies and be respectful of other peoples' spaces. 
- We ask that you sanitize your hands when you arrive at the cashier hut, before you get on the shuttle, and any other time that you feel it necessary.
- We recommend that everyone in your group wears face coverings (such as a bandana or a t-shirt), especially when on a shuttle bus.
- We ask that you do not tie your tubes together as it creates bottlenecking in certain parts of the river, which leads to people being closer than they might feel comfortable with.
- We ask that you be aware that policies and procedures are changing constantly, so please be mindful and listen to 444 staff members and the Park Rangers for updated and accurate information.
